Nếu một trong hai Bên không thực hi

Nếu một trong hai Bên không thực hiện đầy đủ các trách nhiệm ghi trong Hợp đồng này (trừ trường hợp bất khả kháng nêu tại Điều 10 hoặc do Bên kia có lỗi), dẫn đến thiệt hại về kinh tế cho Bên kia, thì Bên không thực hiện đầy đủ các trách nhiệm phải bồ thường toàn bộ các giá trị thiệt hại đó.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

If either party fails to fulfill the obligations stated in this contract (except in cases of force majeure referred to in article 10 or by the other party at fault), leading to economic losses for the other party, the parties cannot fulfill the responsibilities to Bo total damage values.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

If either party fails to fulfill the responsibilities stated in this Agreement (except in cases of force majeure referred to in Article 10 or by the other party at fault), resulting in economic losses to the other Party, the Party does not fully implement the responsibility to bồ often entire value of such damages.
