Xác định khách hàng và thu thập dữ liệu chi tiết
Kinh nghiệm/ thành tích đạt được
Qua biểu mẫu, ta thấy được sự hài lòng hay ko hài lòng của khách hàng về sản phẩm của KFC, từ đó ta đưa ra một chiến lược marketing mới.
