Căn cứ Hợp đồng mua bán căn hộ F.HOME số 233/2015/HĐMBCH-FHOME ngày 01/10/2015 giữa Công ty Cổ Phần Lương thực Đà Nẵng và Ông Harold Frank D’Jekic và các Phụ lục kèm theo Hợp đồng.
Lời đầu tiên, Công ty Cổ Phần Lương thực Đà Nẵng ( Danafood) kính gửi đến Quý khách hàng lời chào và những lời chúc tốt đẹp nhất. Danafood xin xác nhận rằng tính đến ngày 10/20/2015, Quý khách đã -thanh toán tổng coongh là: 672.816.883 vnd (bao gồm VAT) cho căn hộ số B04 - tầng 17 – block B- dự án chung cư cao cấp F.HOME
Hiện nay, chung cư cao cấp F.HOME đã xong bê tong sàn tầng 07. Theo quy định tại Hợp đồng đã ký, ngày 10/28/2015 là ngày đến hạn thanh toán của đợt 2 với số tiền là: 168.204.221 (bao gồm VAT)
Quý khách được thanh toán trễ hạn trong vòng 05 ngày kể từ ngày đến hạn thanh toán. Từ ngày thứ 06, nếu việc thanh toán như trên vẫn chưa được hoàn tất, Quý khách phải thanh toán thêm một phần lãi phạt tính từ ngày đến hạn thanh toán cho đến ngày thực tế thực tế thanh toán cho mỗi đợt trễ hạn.
