1. Vitamins help the body healthy
Vitamin just adjust the processes in the body and should be used with caution. If you have extra vitamins, they will harm the body and expressed through the outward signs.
2. Brown sugar better white sugar
Brown sugar is often mistaken for a healthier because it's not as sweet as white sugar. But, in fact, white and brown sugar have the same uses.
3. Alcohol kills brain cells
Alcohol affects the metabolism in the body and lead to oxygen deficiency. This damaging connections between brain cells, but it does not kill brain cells themselves as many people think.
4. Sugar makes children hyperactive
Many studies have proven the road is not the culprit causing hyperactive children. Sugar provides energy means calories.
So, some children eat a lot of sweets, our movement is the only way to release energy.

5. Need to sleep eight hours a night
Everyone is advised to sleep 8 hours a night. However, the reality is not so, each person has different biological clock and different sleep needs.

6. Antibiotics kill viruses
