The research was done at the College of pedagogy in Lao Cai-Vietnam on 5 GV and 90 students (80% are ethnic minority students) coming from many different localities in the province, with awareness, culture, different customs should have certain difficulties in the process of completing the tasks in the lesson.The organization works to create a culture of communication between LECTURER and STUDENT in the classroom of CĐSP school in Lao Cai has been finding out, the study of the advantages, limitations, the cause should be limited to seeking solutions to overcome. The objective and subjective restrictions are: SV-aware, always made, adjusted according to the instructions of the GV to implement learning activities, yet good communication; SV has not been GV and you respect when expressing opinions in learning; SVchưa be GV promotes the Exchange and debate of the learning activities, the relationship between the trivia-trivia; teachers-trivia, SV for-get support, help, share of the GV when needed and not good; GV, SV yet use thoroughly modern equipment for study. With the cause: knowledge, methods to create the environment of communication between LECTURER and STUDENT in class; SV objects individual complexity, lack of cooperation; SV expresses lack of confidence before the GV and the you; Teaching communication skills are limited.To solve the underlying cause on, need a system of 4 solutions aims to build cultural communication between LECTURER with SV in the classroom, improving the quality of training of Lao Cai, which is CĐSP school: training, Exchange, fostering for GV and SV knowledge and how the construction of cultural environment of communication between LECTURER and STUDENT in class; The Organization of learning activities towards technical innovation, active teaching methods ... Participate in scientific research with the content relating to communication skills. At the same time should have the direction, the policy of the school in promoting positive properties, role of GV in building a safe learning environment, friendly ...
