Thời nay, công nghệ hiện đại đã thay đổi cuộc sống của chúng ta rất nhiều. Trong số đó, internet là thứ thay đổi con người nhiều nhất. Khoảng 5 năm về trước, khi mà công nghệ thông tin chưa phát triển, việc tìm kiếm tư liệu hoặc thông tin mất rất nhiều thời gian, công sức và tiền bạc, đôi lúc còn không thể tìm được thông tin mình muốn. Còn bây giờ, khi thắc mắc một vấn đề gì đó chỉ việc lên internet và tìm kiếm câu trả lời mà mình muốn. Internet cho ta những kiến thức mới mẻ, lạ lẫm mà ta không biết. Mặc dù giúp ta có thêm nhiều kiến thức mới, nhưng mọi thứ luôn tồn tại 2 mặt tốt và xấu và internet cũng không ngoại lệ. Học sinh dễ dàng bị cuốn vào những trò chơi trên mạng, những trang mạng xã hội,... Chúng ta có thể thấy rõ tác hại của mặt xấu của internet, học sinh bỏ học chơi game online, nghiện facebook, chat thâu đêm suốt sáng để rồi kết quả học tập sa sút, sa vào những thị phi không cần thiết hoặc tạo ra những rắc rối trong những mối quan hệ bằng việc bình luận bằng những từ ngữ thiếu văn hóa trên những trang cá nhân. -
