My brother's hobby is karate martial and he thought it was a great way to learn how to defend themselves, respect, self control and patience.Karate is a Japanese martial art which uses the punch, kick, knee and the elbow and open hand techniques. I usually workout an hour on the Monday and Wednesday at the Sports Centre. The heavy physical and lessons need muscle to handle some of the exercises, but I got accustomed to it after 5 years plying. I have never injured but I have a few bruises.I've hit the green belt which basically means I have not participated in the test kata. Green is the fourth belt level and I hope to soon reach Brown belt is the belt level Friday. But the real problem is not that you achieved any belt, that what really matters is the level of forged you have undergone. And Karate really not expensive when you only have to buy uniforms and some protective equipment needed.I'm happy because I made the decision to practice karate because it gave me so much: I have learned how to protect myself, it helps boost the self-control and patience. I also learned how to respect other people than before and it also helps improve physical and mental strength.
