a) Tổ chức thẩm định và phê duyệt báo cáo đánh giá tác động môi trường đối với các dự án trong KKTVP và KCN thuộc thẩm quyền của Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh;
b) Tiếp nhận đăng ký và xác nhận kế hoạch bảo vệ môi trường cho các đối tượng thuộc diện phải đăng ký trong KKTVP và KCN theo ủy quyền của cơ quan chuyên môn về môi trường cấp tỉnh và của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp huyện (đối với các dự án thuộc thẩm quyền của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp huyện);

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

a) To organize the evaluation and approval of reports on environmental impact assessment for projects in KKTVP and industrial zones under the jurisdiction of the provincial People's Committee;
b) Receipt of registration and certification of environmental protection plan school for objects subject to registration in KKTVP and IPs authorized by professional bodies and provincial environment of the district people's Committee (for the project under the authority of people's Committees illusory);
