2. Nghiệm thu toàn bộ công trinh
Các Hồ sơ cần có:
- Biên bản nghiệm thu toàn bộ công trình
- Nhật ký công trường;
- Hồ sơ bản vẽ hoàn công;
- Hồ sơ khối lượng xây lắp;
- Bản báo cáo hoàn thành công trình;
- Biên bản kiểm tra chất lượng vật liệu công trình.
3. Biên bản xác nhận công trình đã XD xong và yêu cầu nghiệm thu
- Bảng tổng hợp kinh phí quyết toán giai đoạn;
- Bảng tổng hợp quyết toán toàn bộ công trình
F. Các quy phạm và tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật áp dụng trong thi công
Trong quá trình thi công, ngoài các yêu cầu của hồ sơ thiết kế, các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật của hồ sơ mời thầu, đơn vị thi công phải tuân thủ các tiêu chuẩn kỹ thuật, qui phạm liên quan dưới đây trong công tác xây lắp cũng như công tác nghiệm thu từng phần và toàn phần:

• Xi măng phân loại: TCVN-5439-91;
• Hướng dẫn pha trộn và sử dụng vữa xây dựng: TCVN-4459-91;
• Hệ thống tiêu chuẩn an toàn lao động - Qui định chung: TCVN-2287-78;
• Quy phạm kỹ thuật an toàn trong xây dựng: TCVN -5308-1991;
• Quy phạm kỹ thuật an toàn điện: TCVN–4086-1995
