Theo chính sách bán hàng được duyệt ngày 6/1/2016, mỗi căn hộ được bán từ 06/01/2016 đến 17/01/2016 sẽ được hoàn trả số tiền là 30,000,000 VND (chưa bao gồm Thuế thu nhập cá nhân). Số tiền khách được hoàn trả sau khi khấu trừ Thuế thu nhập cá nhân là 28,000,000 VND và sẽ được trừ vào đợt thanh toán thứ 2. Tuy nhiên, đợt thanh toán thứ 2 trong Thông báo đóng tiền đã trừ thẳng số tiền 30,000,000 VND nên trên hệ thống ghi nhận nợ số tiền 2,000,000 VND thuê thu nhập cá nhân và đã phát sinh lãi trên phần này. Đê suất phần trên lệch này sẽ truy thu vào đợt thanh toán kế tiếp và không tính lãi suất phát sinh.
