1. Các bộ phận cấu thành Dự án:
1.1 Khu sản xuất tôm thịt: bao gồm
- Hệ thống cầu, đường nội bộ phục vụ sản xuất,
- Hệ thống các kênh cấp thoát nước phục vụ nuôi tôm;
- Hệ thống các ao nuôi tôm, ao lắng và xử lý nước;
- Nhà quản lý chung, nhà đội, nhà kho;
- Hệ thống nhà bao che các đội sản xuất;
- Hệ thống điện 03 pha phục vụ sản xuất;
- Hệ thống các thiết bị quạt nước, thiết bị cung cấp oxy cho tôm nuôi;
- Máy phát điện dự phòng;
- Hệ thống khu chế xuất Siêu cấp đông;
- Hệ thông kho lạnh và băng chuyền.
1.2 Khu sản xuất tôm giống, giống thủy sản: bao gồm
- Hệ thống đường nội bộ phục vụ trại giống;
- Các nhà trại để bố trí các bể ương tôm giống;
- Các bể chứa nước phục vụ sản xuất giống;
- Các ao chứa lắng, lọc nước;
- Hệ thống các thiết bị lọc nước;
- Thiết bị cung cấp oxy;
- Thiết bị xử lý nước.
- Nhà kho và quản lý.
1.3 Khu du lịch sinh thái:
- Hệ thống cầu đường nội bộ: Bao gồm
+ Sân bãi đậu xe;
+ Cầu qua kênh đưa khách vào Dự án;
+ Đường nội bộ trong Dự án;
- Hệ thống các kênh dẫn nước trong Dự án;
- Hệ thống các loại cống cấp thoát nước để điều tiết nước trong khu sinh thái;
- Hệ thống sân bãi phục vụ cắm trại;
- Hệ thống các nhà, chòi phục vụ sinh hoạt văn hóa, vui chơi nghỉ dưỡng;
- Hệ thống các hạng mục khác phục vụ du lịch;
- Hệ thống đèn chiếu sáng tiết kiệm điện;
- Hệ thống các bãi bùn, ao hồ trong khu sinh thái;
- Tổ hợp các loài cây rừng ngập mặn được bố trí xen kẽ, tùy theo khu vực có mật độ khác nhau, phân theo khu vực cho các loại cây nhằm giới thiệu một số chủng loài cây đặc trưng của vùng rừng ngập mặn, có thể ví như công viên lâm nghiệp thu nhỏ.
1.4 Khu dân cư kết hợp nuôi yến:
- Hệ thống giao thông ( đường bê tông và vỉa hè) thuận lợi phục vụ đi lại sinh hoạt của cư dân;
- Hệ thống điện chiếu sáng công cộng;
- Các công trình phúc lợi phục vụ dân sinh ( trạm y tế, trường mẫu giáo, trường tiểu học, trạm xăng dầu, chợ, các công trình thể thao . . . . .);
- Hệ thống các nhà ở liền kề, nhà biệt lập có kết hợp nuôi yến.
