Hello friends. I am one who does not like sports activities. So I have not good health. In school, I learned gymnastics twice a week. I do not like physical education. Until I was fifteen years I have participated in loicua school swimming club and since then I became interested in sport than before. I no longer hate the sport anymore. My parents let me go to school a swimming class. At first I feel tired from all startup. But after three weeks I have seen stable and more comfortable. I think exercise is important in schools. It helps students to relax after school stress and increase health. I love swimming and I think you should be actively involved in the sport for fitness
