2. Thẩm quyền tạm hoãn việc khởi hành và dừng phương tiện vận tải

3. Khi dừng phương tiện vận tải, công chức hải quan được sử dụng đèn hiệu, cờ hiệu, pháo hiệu, loa, còi để dừng phương tiện vận tải.
