công ty nước giải khát quốc tế IBC đã xuất nước ngọt sang Campuchia. Công ty được thành lập bởi liên doanh giữa công ty sản xuất kinh doanh dịch vụ tổng hợp SG vs tập đoàn Macomoray. Chỉ sau 2 tháng có hợp đồng, liên doanh IBC đã được ủy ban nhà nước cấp giấy phép vào 12/1991
3/1992 nhà máy IBC chính thức khởi công trên diện tích 2,5 ha ở Tân Thới Hiệp, Hóc Môn, tp.hcm
Vào 8/1993 đến nay IBC đã đi vào sản xuất.
IBC đã đạt được sản lượng 8,5 triệu lít nước giải khát các loại trong năm 1993, chiếm khoảng 1,5 năng suất thiết kế của nhà máy
IBC đã kí hợp đồng chuyển nhượng quyền sản xuất và phân phối các sản phẩm khách mang nhẵn hiệu CRUSH vs tập đoàn CAPBURY.
Đến nay các loại giải khát CRUSH đã có mặt ở TP.HCM và các tỉnh lân cận
