Liên quan đến việc phát triển các dự án trong lĩnh vực môi trường, năng lượng mới, dự án ứng dụng công nghệ Bio-toilet tại Việt Nam mà bản thân tôi đã tham gia trong toàn bộ quá trình đã nhận được sự phối hợp chặt chẽ của đối tác Nhật Bản và Việt Nam để thực hiện một số nội dung cụ thể như sau:
-Nghiên cứu khả thi về việc ứng dụng công nghệ Bio-toilet trên các toa xe của Tổng Công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam (tài trợ bởi Bộ Môi trường Nhật Bản từ 9/2011-4/2012)
-Thử nghiệm lắp đặt và vận hành thiết bị Bio-toilet trên toa xe của VNR trong 2 giai đoạn: Giai đoạn 1 từ 9/2012- 4/2013 do METI Kanto tài trợ) và Giai đoạn 2 (từ 10/2013 cho tới nay)
-Nghiên cứu khả thi và thử nghiệm ứng dụng hệ thống xử lý nước thải độc lập Bio-Toilet+ New-Johka trên vịnh Hạ Long (tài trợ bởi MOFA từ 9/2013 đến 4/2014)
Đặc biệt, từ tháng 4/2015, lĩnh vực kinh doanh mới đã ghi nhận một số bước tiến quan trọng khi Chodai chính thức cung cấp thiết bị Bio-toilet cho gói thầu GS2B (34 bộ Bio-toilet) và gói thầu GS2A (165 bộ Bio-toilet) thuộc dự án Cung cấp vật tư, thiết bị xử lý chất thải cho các toa xe khách của Tổng Công ty Đường sắt Việt Nam. Bên cạnh đó, Chodai cũng đã có được thông báo chính thức từ JICA về việc triển khai giai đoạn 2 Dự án Cải thiện môi trường nước trên vịnh Hạ Long thông qua việc Ứng dụng hệ thống xử lý nước thải độc lập Bio-toilet và New-johka. Đây là những bước tiến hết sức ấn tượng trong việc thúc đẩy các mô hình kinh doanh mới cũng như tên tuổi của Chodai tại Việt Nam.

Related to the development of projects in the field of the environment, new energy, Bio-technology application project-toilet in Vietnam that I myself have been involved in the whole process has gotten tight coordination of partners Japan and Vietnam to perform some specific content as follows :-Feasibility study on the application technology of Bio-toilet on the wagon of the Vietnam Railway Corporation (sponsored by the Japanese Ministry of environment from 9/2011-4/2012)-Installation and operation of test equipment for Bio-toilet on VINARE's wagon in 2 stages: stage 1 from 9/2012-2013 4, sponsored by METI Kanto) and phase 2 (from 10/2013 to date)-Feasibility studies and test applications waste water treatment system-independent Bio-Toilet + New-Johka on HA Long Bay (sponsored by MOFA from 9/4 to 2013/2014)In particular, from April 2015, new business has recorded some important step when the official equipment provider Chodai Bio-toilet for GS2B package (34 sets of Bio-toilet) and GS2A package (165 foot Bio-toilet) in the project to provide supplies, equipment for the treatment of waste for the wagon's Vietnam Railway Corporation. Besides, Chodai also had official notice from JICA on the deployment phase 2 water environment improvement project on Halong Bay through the application of the waste water treatment system-independent Bio-WC and New-johka. This is the impressive strides in promoting new business models as well as the old name of Chodai in Vietnam.
