Phương thức thanh toán được thực hi

Phương thức thanh toán được thực hiện thông qua chuyển khoản ngân hàng vào tài khoản của SBLaw, theo các đợt thanh toán dự kiến như sau:
- Đợt 1: 50% giá trị hợp đồng sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng năm (05) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày hai bên ký kết hợp đồng dịch vụ.
- Đợt 2: 30% giá trị hợp đồng sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng năm (05) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày SBLaw bàn giao cho Khách hàng: Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện; Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký thuế và Con dấu của Văn phòng đại diện.
- Đợt 3: tổng giá trị hợp đồng còn lại và các chi phí phát sinh khác (nếu có) sẽ được thanh toán trong vòng năm (05) ngày làm việc kể từ ngày SBLaw hoàn thành các thủ tục sau cấp phép tại Việt Nam.

The method of payment is made via bank transfer to the account of SBLaw, according to the scheduled payment as follows:-Phase 1:50% of the contract value will be paid within five (5) working days from the date the two sides signed the contract for the service.-Phase 2:30% of the contract value will be paid within five (5) working days from the date of delivery to the client SBLaw: the license to establish a representative office; Tax registration certificate and seal of Office.-Phase 3: of the remaining contract value and the costs incurred (if any) will be paid within five (5) working days from the date of SBLaw the following procedures to complete the license in Vietnam.

Payment methods are done via bank transfer to the account of SBLaw, according to the expected payment period as follows:
- Stage 1: 50% of the contract value will be paid within five (05) days working from the date of the signing of service contracts.
- Phase 2: 30% of the contract value will be paid within five (05) working days from the date of handover to the customer SBLaw: License establishment of representative office; Tax registration certificate and seal of the representative office.
- Stage 3: The total value of the remaining contracts and other costs incurred (if any) will be paid within five (05) working days from the date of completion of the procedures SBLaw later licensed in Vietnam.
