Qua 6 vòng đào tạo từ B-1 đến B-6, trên cơ sở 46 học viên tham dự 2 chủ đề “Ứng dụng Công nghệ thông tin” và “Giảm nước không doanh thu”, Chương trình đã đánh giá và chọn ra được 8 thành viên, chủ yếu là cán bộ kỹ thuật có tố chất làm giảng viên, và tạo cơ hội cho các bạn tham gia các lớp lý thuyết và các buổi thực hành mô phỏng lớp học tại MWA và SAWACO, được nhận các ý kiến góp ý cụ thể mang tính xây dựng cao từ ban đánh giá để phát triển, hoàn thiện các kỹ năng đứng lớp, kỹ năng thuyết trình, thiết kế bài giảng. Hoạt động này đem đến một phương thức mới để bổ sung, làm phong phú nguồn nhân sự tham gia công tác đào tạo nội bộ của SAWACO (bên cạnh sử dụng đội ngũ cán bộ quản lý tham gia đào tạo như hiện nay).
