III. CÁC CÔNG TRÌNH BẢO VỆ MÔI TRƯỜNG CỦA DỰ ÁN ĐÃ ĐƯỢC ĐIỀU CHỈNH, THAY ĐỔI SO VỚI BÁO CÁO ĐÁNH GIÁ TÁC ĐỘNG MÔI TRƯỜNG ĐƯỢC PHÊ DUYỆT

2 Hệ thống xử lý nước thải Khi nâng công suất tiếp nhận, tùy thuộc vào lượng nước rỉ rác phát sinh sẽ tăng thêm module xử lý của các trạm. Đang xây dựng, mở rộng thêm module 2 (MBR) công suất thiết kế 2.000 m3/ngày. Dự kiến tháng 1/2017 sẽ hoàn thành.
3 Hệ thống đốt khí phát điện Hệ thống đốt khí phát điện (gồm: hệ thống thu gom khí BCL;hệ thống xử lý sơ bộ khí BCL; hệ thống đốt khí BCL và hệ thống phát điện)đang trong giai đoạn xây dựng, dự kiến hoàn thành vào tháng 9/2015. Tùy thuộc vào lượng khí bãi chôn lấp phát sinh, hệ thống sẽ được vận hành vào thời gian dự kiến là tháng 11, năm 2015. KLH hiện đã hoàn thành xây dựng hệ thống thu gom khí BCL và hệ thống đốt khí BCL. Tuy nhiênhệ thốngphát điện từ khí BCL vẫn chưa được xây dựng.
Dự kiến tháng 05/2016 sẽ khởi công xây dựng, công trình sẽ được hoàn thành trong vòng 8 tháng, đến cuối năm 2016 sẽ hoàn thành công tác xây dựng và tiến hành lắp đặt các tổ máy.
4 Giám sát chất lượng nước thải Tần suất 6 tháng/lần.
Vị trí giám sát: Nước thải trước xử lý, nước thải sau xử lý của 3 hệ thống XLNT: RO, DNK, MBR Tần suất 3 tháng/lần.
Vị trí giám sát: Nước thải sau xử lý tại điểm xả số 1 (TW1) và 2 (TW2) trong KLH.
5 Ô chôn lấp số 2 Chỉ sử dụng để chôn lấp CTRSH Sử dụng làm hồ chứa nước thải tạm đến ngày …
