Yêu cầu hủy bỏ sau khi đã xác nhận

Yêu cầu hủy bỏ sau khi đã xác nhận việc đặt hàng sẽ phải chịu phạt bằng 50% giá trị Hợp đồng. Bất cứ hoàn cảnh và lí do nào dẫn đến việc chấp nhận yêu cầu hủy bỏ đặt hàng sẽ là quyết định riêng và không thể bị chất vấn bởi bên còn lại.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Request canceled after confirmation of the order will be subject to a fine equal to 50% of contract value. Whatever the circumstances and reasons leading to the acceptance of the request to cancel the order will be decided separately and can not be questioned by the other party.
