Điều 21. Quyết toán và thanh lý Hợp đồng
21.1. Quyết toán Hợp đồng
Trong vòng 30 ngày sau khi nhận được biên bản nghiệm thu đã hoàn thành toàn bộ nội dung công việc theo quy định của Hợp đồng, bên B sẽ trình cho bên A là 08 (Bộ) quyết toán Hợp đồng với các tài liệu trình bày chi tiết theo mẫu mà bên A đã chấp thuận, bao gồm các tài liệu sau:
- Biên bản nghiệm thu hoàn thành toàn bộ công việc thuộc phạm vi Hợp đồng;
- Bản xác nhận giá trị khối lượng công việc phát sinh (nếu có) ngoài phạm vi Hợp đồng;
- Bảng tính giá trị quyết toán Hợp đồng (gọi là quyết toán A-B), trong đó nêu rõ phần đã thanh toán và giá trị còn lại mà bên A có trách nhiệm thanh toán cho bên B;
