Các khu vực kho Vinalink sử dụng và khai thác đều là các khu kho kiên cố, có hệ thống bảo vệ hòan chỉnh, hệ thống chiếu sáng, thông gió theo tiêu chuẩn quy định, an ninh 24/7.
