Thật tình cờ, cũng thật bất ngờ ta đã về bên nhau – là người một nhà. Ngày tháng ấy cũng mới đây thôi. Hồi tưởng lại một chút, thì đúng ra, tôi muốn trở thành một thành viên của dự án Lãnh đạo trẻ tiềm năng – để giúp đỡ những người yếu thế, để trở thành một người lãnh đạo thực thụ. Ấy thế mà, ngày phỏng vấn, tôi bận… Tưởng chừng như mọi thứ đã dừng lại, cơ hội lại một lần nữa mở ra trước mắt tôi. Tôi nhận được E-mail của “YthinkTank – Viện nghiên cứu trẻ”, một điều khó tin là, tôi chưa hề biết đến sự tồn tại của em… Thế rồi, tôi tự tìm hiểu và…tìm đến em như một kẻ mộng mị say men tình đi và cứ đi thôi. Nhớ ngày đầu tiên ấy, tôi tìm đến em, được nghe giới thiệu về em và các anh em của mình, tôi hứng thú. Hôm ấy, chúng tôi may mắn hơn thế hệ các thành viên hiện tại, vì được gặp cô – cô Phạm Thúy Anh – người phụ nữ làm tôi ấn tượng. Vì cô rất đặc biệt, ban đầu cô – như một người thầy dạy cho tôi cách tư duy - một người trẻ - dùng những nghiên cứu, khảo sát, những con số, những báo cáo để nói lên tiếng nói – của giới trẻ; cô có những ví dụ rất thú vị, rất gần gũi và thân thuộc với mỗi người. Có lẽ, người khiến tôi quyết định ở lại YthinkTank – là cô.
Còn bây giờ thì sao?
- Giờ thì… cô, không chỉ là người thầy nữa, cô – như người nhà, quan tâm tôi những khi họp về muộn, lo đường xa, lo phương tiện đi lại của tôi,…thế đấy, chúng tôi có một người thầy, người cô như vậy đó…
- À, điều khiến tôi tham gia YthinkTank, vẫn còn một lý do: đó là các bạn nghiên cứu viên, cộng tác viên, tình nguyện viên – các bạn rất nhiệt tình, rất biết quan tâm, và thân thiết – với tôi. Có điều gì cần, các bạn hỏi, chia sẻ cùng tôi. Vì đơn giản, giờ đây – chúng tôi là người một nhà trong gia đình YthinkTank.
Cô và các bạn, chính là nguồn động lực lớn lao với bản thân tôi, mỗi khi công việc chưa thuận lợi, đề xuất bị fail,… để tôi có thể vượt qua và nỗ lực hơn nữa.
Đó là những lý do, những lời tự sự mà hiếm khi tôi nói ra…
