Việc nghiên cứu, phân tích những vấn đề lý luận cơ bản về bảo hiểm tiền gửi và hoạt động của tổ chức bảo hiểm tiền gửi cũng như thực trạng pháp luật về mô hình cơ quan bảo hiểm tiền gửi ở Việt Nam, trong đó có tham khảo, so sánh với những quy định tương ứng của pháp luật một số nước trên thế giới về bảo hiểm tiền gửi, để từ đó đưa ra một số kiến nghị nhằm hoàn thiện pháp luật về mô hình cơ quan bảo hiểm tiền gửi việt nam là điều hết sức cần thiết và có giá trị thực tiễn cao.
