 Sau khi điều trị xong, người được

 Sau khi điều trị xong, người được bảo hiểm nên gửi hồ sơ ngay cho phòng nhân sự/ Aon hoặc thông báo cho phòng nhân sự/ Aon qua email/ văn bản vể rủi ro xảy ra khi việc điều trị chưa hoàn tất. Việc nộp hồ sơ phải được thực hiện trong vòng 180 ngày kể từ ngày chấm dứt việc điều trị, ra viện hoặc tử vong của Người được bảo hiểm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
