Liên quan đến tờ trình số 145/16/CV-GIC-ĐNg của GIC Đà Nẵng, Tổng công ty đã trả lời không đồng ý về việc đề xuất tăng chi phí LG của một số hợp đồng đã thực hiện và được tái tục từ những năm trước với lý do : đánh giá những hợp đồng đề xuất của Đơn vị có rủi ro không tốt và thường hay xảy ra tổn thất.
GIC Đà Nẵng xin được đề xuất trình Tổng Công ty xem xét lại như sau:
1/ Theo số liệu đơn vị thống kê trong 05 năm gần đây nhất thì hầu như không có tổn thất đối với các dịch vụ Đơn vị đang xin (xem file đính kèm).
2/ Hơn 5 năm nay, Đơn vị đã tốn kém chi phí chăm sóc khách hàng ở mức chi phí theo thị trường. Năm nay, Tổng công ty giao định mức không đủ trang trải chi phí chăm sóc khách hàng. Trong khi đấy, Đơn vị vẫn phải chi các khoảng chi phí như mọi năm khi tái tục hợp đồng
3/ Do vậy, Đơn vị xin Tổng công ty xem xét bổ sung chi phí cho năm 2016 này vì các hợp đồng đã ký và đơn vị đã thực hiện nghĩa vụ với khách hàng như mọi năm. Sang năm, khi tái tục Đơn vị sẽ làm việc lại với khách hàng về chi phí, nếu khách hàng không đồng ý, Đơn vị sẵn sàng từ bỏ dịch vụ, nhằm tránh ảnh hưởng chi phí âm

Next year, when the unit will resume work with customers on cost, if the customer does not agree, the unit is ready to give service, in order to avoid negative cost impact
