4 Bên B chịu trách nhiệm mua bảo hi

4 Bên B chịu trách nhiệm mua bảo hiểm đối với tài sản của bên A và tất cả vật dụng, trang thiết bị thuộc sở hữu của bên B trong thời gian thuê nhà xưởng và mua bảo hiểm tai nạn cho nhân viên của bên B trong thời hạn hợp đồng theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam. Mọi thiệt hại về người và tài sản xảy ra trong phạm vi khu vực nhà xưởng thuê sẽ do bên B hoàn toàn chịu trách nhiệm.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

4 Party B is responsible to buy insurance for the property of party A and all supplies, equipment owned by party B during the rent and to buy accident insurance for employees of party B during the contract term under the provisions of law Vietnam. Any damage to person and property occurs within the area of factory will hire party B completely responsible.

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

4 Party B shall buy insurance for assets of Party A and all supplies, equipment owned by Party B during workshops and hire purchase accident insurance for employees of Party B in duration of the contract in accordance with the law of Vietnam. Any damage to people and property occurs within the factory area leased by Party B will bear full responsibility.
