Dựa trên tổng số người làm survey thì có 88% trả lời rằng họ biết về Flycam. Trong đó, 49% là nam, 39% là nữ.
Có 58% người biết đến FunflyPhoto. 46% ở độ tuổi 26 – 49 .

Trong số 58% người biết FPC , có 37% chọn FunflyPhoto vì đội ngũ chuyên nghiệp và dịch vụ chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, 9% chọn FPC vì giá cả . 4% chọn FPC vì dịch vụ đa dạng. 8% chọn FPC vì chất lượng hình ảnh tốt.
Số người biết đến FPC chưa cao. Do quay phim băng điều khiển từ xa chưa phổ biến ở Việt Nam. Phần lớn số người chọn FPC là doanh nhân.
