Tiến hành xác minh thông tin khách hàng bao gồm các thông tin cá nhân, thông tin tài chính và thông tin về tài sản đảm bảo bằng cách gọi điện thoại cho khách hàng hoặc thông qua các hồ sơ gửi về.
Phân tích chi tiết các dữ liệu liên quan đến tín dụng và tình hình tài chính của khách hàng để xác định mức độ rủi ro trong việc phê duyệt khoản vay hoặc hạn mức cho vay.
Đề xuất từ chối hoặc cho vay cùng với lịch trả nợ cụ thể phù hợp với mức thu nhập, khoản tiền tiết kiệm, lịch sử thanh toán và các hoạt động kinh doanh của khách hàng.
Kết hợp chặt chẽ với Bộ phận Kinh doanh để thu thập thêm thông tin về khách hàng nếu cần thiết.
Kết hợp chặt chẽ với Bộ phận Thẩm định thực tế để tiến hành xác minh trực tiếp thông tin khách hàng.
Đảm bảo hiệu quả công việc trong khi duy trì chất lượng dịch vụ khách hàng cao.
Tham gia vào các dự án theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng.
Cung cấp các thông tin tin cậy cho cấp quản lý liên quan đến các vấn đề về hoạt động, rủi ro, và các vấn đề khác.
Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình và sửa đổi chính sách tín dụng nhằm giảm thiểu rủi ro.
