trường hợp nếu có tranh chấp nảy sinh giữa bên A và bên B liên quan đến việc giải thích và thực hiện hợp đồng này, các phụ lục, các điều kiện kỹ thuật kèm theo, kể cả tranh chấp về ý kiến, chỉ thị, xác nhận hoặc đánh giá của ban quản lý công trình thì mỗi bên phải có sự thông báo cho bên kia bằng văn bản về nguyện vọng của mình để cố gắng đạt tới giải quyết hòa giải.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:
