Đảm nhận trách nhiệm quản lí sản xuất 2 ca( ngày,đêm).
-Đảm bảo kế hoạch,chất lượng sản xuất.
-Phân công kế hoạch làm việc từng giờ,ngày và tháng tùy theo đơn đặt hàng.
-Khắc phục mọi sự cố máy SMT khi phát sinh.
-Chịu trách nhiệm,giải quyết tất cả công việc của phòng SMT
