Bên A có trách nhiệm bố trí một mặt

Bên A có trách nhiệm bố trí một mặt bằng mới tương đương với mặt bằng hiện hữu để Bên B làm việc.Trường hợp không thể bố trí được ,hai bên có thể thương lượng để chấm dứt hợp đồng. Khi đó, Bên A sẽ phải hoàn trả lại đủ khoản tiền đặt cọc cho Bên B
