4.2 Trường hợp Bảo Minh yêu cầu chấm dứt hợp đồng bảo hiểm trước thời hạn, Bảo Minh phải thông báo bằng văn bản cho NĐBH trước 15 ngày và hoàn lại phí bảo hiểm cho NĐBH tương ứng với thời gian còn lại của Hợp đồng.
