9.1.1. Không tặng, cho nhân viên của Bên B, người nhà và/hoặc người cộng tác có liên quan của nhân viên này bất cứ những lợi ích vật chất nào, bao gồm: tiền, chuyến du lịch, hiện vật, bữa tiệc, quà tặng dưới bất kỳ hình thức nào.
