Để tăng cường quản lý ngân sách xã

Để tăng cường quản lý ngân sách xã theo đúng nội dung quản lý ngân sách xã cần tiếp tục tuyên truyền, quán triệt sâu sắc Luật NSNN trong cán bộ và nhân dân. Đồng thời trong quá trình thực hiện phải tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt toàn bộ nội dung quản lý ngân sách xã theo tinh thần thông tư số 60/TT-BTC ngày 23/06/2003 của Bộ tài chính. Đây là căn cứ để quản lý ngân sách xã và là một bước quan trọng tạo tiền đề cho việc thực hiện quy chế dân chủ ở xã được Chính phủ ban hành. Thị xã cần triển khai áp dụng thống nhất trong phạm vi toàn thị xã để các xã, phường trên địa bàn áp dụng và đưa vào thực hiện theo quy định kể từ ngày 01/01/2004.
