Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện nhằm mục tiêu xác định các nhân tố ảnh hưởng sự thỏa mãn công việc của nhân viên Kho bạc trên địa bàn tỉnh Sóc Trăng. Thông qua khảo sát 79 nhân viên (đã loại trừ các chức danh lãnh đạo) đang công tác tại các Kho bạc Nhà nước trong tỉnh Sóc Trăng. Kết hợp phương pháp kiểm định hệ số tin cậy Cronbach Alpha, phân tích nhân tố khám phá (EFA) và phân tích hồi quy đa biến để đánh giá mức độ ảnh hưởng của các nhân tố đến sự thỏa mãn công việc của nhân viên Kho bạc. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy nhân viên thỏa mãn công việc, các nhân tố ảnh hưởng đến sự thỏa mãn công việc là thành phần quan hệ cấp trên, tính chất công việc, thu nhập, điều kiện làm việc và đồng nghiệp. Trong đó, quan hệ cấp trên có ảnh hưởng mạnh nhất đến sự thỏa mãn công việc của nhân viên Kho bạc tại tỉnh Sóc Trăng.

This research was conducted aiming to identify the factors affecting job satisfaction of employees of local Treasury SOC. Through the survey of 79 employees (excluding the title of leadership) are working in the State Treasury in SOC. auditing method combination coefficient of Cronbach Alpha trust explore factors analysis (EFA) and Multivariate regression analysis to assess the extent of the influence of these factors to work satisfaction of staff Treasury. In it, the superior relationship has the most powerful influence to the satisfaction of the Treasury employees work in the province.
