Công nghệ chiết, trích ly glucoside từ cây cỏ ngọt đã được công khai áp dụng trên toàn thế giới với nhiều phương pháp khác nhau như đã phân tích ở trên. Tiểu dự án sẽ áp dụng công nghệ chiết, trích ly glucoside từ cỏ ngọt, chiết bằng CO2 siêu tới hạn trên cơ sở thiết bị máy móc sẵn có của công ty DOMESCO được cải tiến, chỉnh lý về thông số, thiết kế kỹ thuật cho phù hợp.
Tiểu dự án dự kiến đăng ký nhãn hiệu hàng hoá đối với sản phẩm đường ăn kiêng stevia thương hiệu DOMESCO – một thương hiệu uy tín hàng đầu của Việt Nam đối với loại sản phẩm này.
