(5). Kiểm tra thủ công:
- Nội dung, kiểm tra, cách thức kiểm tra, cách ghi kết quả kiểm tra thực hiện:
+ Đối với thủ tục hải quan điện tử: theo quy định tại Bước 3, Mục 2.I. Phần I Quy trình thủ tục hải quan điện tử ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 4036/QĐ-TCHQ ngày 27/12/2012.
+ Đối với thủ tục hải quan thủ công: theo quy định tại Bước 2 Quy trình thủ tục hải quan đối với hàng hóa xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu thương mại ban hành kèm theo Quyết định số 1171/TCHQ/QĐ ngày 15/6/2009.
- Xử lý kết quả kiểm tra thủ công:
+ Đối với thủ tục hải quan điện tử: Trường hợp kết quả kiểm tra phù hợp với khai hải quan thi ghi kết quả kiểm tra vào mẫu: “Phiếu ghi kết quả kiểm tra hàng hóa”, kỳ, đóng dấu công chức, xác nhận thông quan trên tờ khai hải quan điện tử in theo quy định. Cập nhật kết quả vào hệ thống xử lý dữ liệu điện tử hải quan theo quy định của pháp luật.

- Content, test, how the test, how to record the test results performed:
+ For electronic customs procedures: as defined in Step 3, Section 2.I. Part I process electronic customs procedures promulgated in conjunction with Decision No. 4036 / QD-GDC dated 12.27.2012.
+ For the customs procedure manually: as defined in Step 2 Customs Procedures relating to goods export and import trade, issued together with Decision No. 1171 / GDC / QD 15/6/2009.
- Handling of test results manually:
+ For electronic customs procedures : In case the test results consistent with the implementation of customs declaration recorded test results on samples: "Poll record commodity inspection results", period, seal official, confirming clearance on customs declaration electricity mail in accordance with regulations. Update results into data processing systems of electronic customs prescribed by law.
