Lí do chọn đề tài:
Trong bối cảnh phát triển , để hội nhập kinh tế quốc tế thì kinh doanh xuất nhập khẩu luôn là mối quan tâm hàng đầu của nhà nước, xã hội và quốc tế. Đối với những nước mà trình độ phát triển kinh tế còn thấp như nước ta, những nhân tố tiềm năng : tài nguyên thiên nhiên, lao động. Những yếu tố thiếu hụt : vốn, kỹ thuật, thị trường và khả năng quản lý. Chiến lược xuất nhập khẩu có vai trò quan trọng đối với nước ta, đặc biệt trong quá trình công nghiệp hoá- hiện đại hoá hiện nay.
Nắm bắt thị trường hiện nay và thực trạng không hề đơn giản của hoạt động xuất nhập khẩu, nó được sử dụng rộng rãi và ứng dụng nhiều ngôn ngữ chính vì vậy mà em đã lựa chọn và nghiên cứu đề tài “Tìm hiểu về công ty TNHH Giao nhận và Thương mại DHA- ứng dụng tiếng Anh trong xuất nhập khẩu” đặc biệt vấn đề này đang là mối quan tâm hang đầu của nhà nước ta trong thời kỳ hội nhập toàn cầu để có bước chuyển mình mạnh mẽ đưa nền kinh tế trong nước hoà cùng thế giới.
 Mục tiêu nghiên cứu đề tài:
Đề tài được nghiên cứu với mục đích là tìm hiểu tình hình xuất nhập khẩu, vận tải và giao nhận hàng hóa, thương mại trên qui mô lớn và nhỏ, trong và ngoài nước..
 Phương pháp và phạm vi nghiên cứu đề tài:

Đề tài nghiên cứu dựa trên phương pháp thống kê, so sánh, phân tích tổng hợp từ những số liệu đã thu thập được từ nguồn thông tin nội bộ của công ty, từ thông tin bên ngoài như các giáo trình nhân sự, quản trị chất lượng, internet…
• Phạm vi nghiên cứu :
