Theo thời điểm ký kết trong Hợp đồng hoặc thỏa thuận giữa các bên , Công ty YTECO tiến hành mở L/C tại ngân hàng và gửi điện mở L/C thông báo cho Nhà cung cấp hoặc khách hàng trong nước. Khi tiến hành mở L/C Công ty Yteco phải ký quỹ theo tỷ lệ do ngân hàng quy định dựa trên trị giá thanh toán của L/C.
