bất kì tranh chấp nào phát sinh trong quá trình thực hiện hoặc có liên quan đến hợp đồng này sẽ được 2 bên giải quyết bằng thỏa thuận hữu nghị. Trong trường hợp không đạt được thỏa thuận, vụ việc sẽ được nộp lên Tòa Án Trọng Tài phân xử

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

any dispute arising during the implementation of or related to this agreement will be 2 parties resolved by agreement. In case no agreement was reached, the case will be filed with the Arbitration Court

Kết quả (Anh) 2:

any disputes arising during the implementation of or relating to this contract will be two sides resolved by agreement of friendship. In case no agreement is reached, the case will be submitted to the Court of Arbitration
