4.3 Cấp phiếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm cho Bên A theo dich vụ được yêu cầu bởi bên A. Phiếu kết quả kiểm nghiệm được cấp ngay sau khi có kết quả phân tích. Chứng thư giám định phẩm chất cấp trong 3 ngày kể từ sau khi kết thúc giám định. Chứng thư giám định được cấp 02 bản gốc (tiếng Việt và tiếng Anh).
