- Triển khai các kế hoạch, thông báo... trong tháng đến các cơ sở phụ trách.
- Tham mưu cho Ban Thường vụ về các mô hình, giải pháp, kế hoạch tổ chức các hoạt động...
- Tham dự và đánh giá các hoạt động của cơ sở phụ trách tổ chức.
- Tổ chức các hoạt động đã đề ra trong tháng.
- Thực hiện các công việc liên quan đến văn thư.
- Đề xuất kinh phí, làm công văn, làm kế hoạch phân công để tổ chức các hoạt động.
- Hỗ trợ, giải đáp các thắc mắc của các cơ sở về văn bản, nội dung hoạt động trong công tác Đoàn.
- Đôn đốc, nhắc nhở các cơ sở thực hiện các nội dung đã đề ra trong tháng đúng tiến độ.
- Tổ chức các cuộc họp giao ban hằng tháng để lấy ý kiến từ các cơ sở. Làm việc trực tiếp, qua email, điện thoại.
