Ban lãnh đạo Khoa Luật rất coi trọng hoạt động phát triển đội ngũ giảng viên, cán bộ quản lý, kỹ thuật viên, nhân viên. Chiến lược qui hoạch và lộ trình phát triển đội ngũ của Khoa rõ ràng, minh bạch và được xây dựng dựa trên nguyên tắc đạt chuẩn trình độ chuyên môn và nhu cầu phát triển chuyên môn nghiệp vụ của các cá nhân tham gia chương trình. Khoa đã tổ chức nhiều hoạt động bồi dưỡng và phát triển đội ngũ đa dạng theo chiến lược và lộ trình đề ra, qua đó nâng cao chất lượng nguồn nhân lực tham gia vào chương trình đào tạo.
