Trong khi thực hiện nếu có vấn đề phát sinh , hai bên cùng nhau bàn bạc thỏa thuận giải quyết. Những chi tiết không ghi cụ thể trong hợp đồng này, nếu có xảy ra, sẽ thực hiện theo quy định chung của Luật Thương mại, Nghị định 25/CP và pháp luật hiện hành.
Nếu hai bên không tự giải quyết được, việc tranh chấp sẽ được phân xử tại Tòa án Kinh tế TP. Hồ Chí Minh. Quyết định của Tòa án là cuối cùng mà các bên phải thi hành. Phí Tòa án sẽ do bên có lỗi chịu trách nhiệm thanh toán.
Hợp đồng này được lập thành 04 bản, mỗi bên giữ 02 bản có giá trị như nhau.
