1.Thẩm định phải bảo đảm tính khách quan, minh bạch, rõ ràng và thận trọng trong quá trình thẩm định;
2. Số liệu, thông tin, thông số dữ liệu đầu vào phục vụ cho việc tính toán phương án tài chính, phương án trả nợ vốn vay được sử dụng trên cơ sở hồ sơ, tài liệu do Chủ đầu tư cung cấp.
3. NHPT có quyền từ chối thẩm định dự án nếu trong quá trình thẩm định, Chủ đầu tư không hợp tác, gây trở ngại cho việc khảo sát, bổ sung, xác minh tình hình, số liệu liên quan đến Chủ đầu tư và dự án hoặc Chủ đầu tư cung cấp các thông tin, tài liệu không trung thực.
