Trong vòng 07 (bảy) ngày kể từ ngày Báo cáo Đánh giá Định lượng Rủi ro và Kế hoạch Ứng cứu Khẩn cấp do Nhà thầu lập được Bộ Công thương chấp thuận để thẩm định, trên cơ sở công văn đề nghị tạm ứng của NHÀ THẦU, CHỦ ĐẦU TƯ sẽ tạm ứng tiếp 30% (ba mươi phần trăm) giá trị hợp đồng cho NHÀ THẦU.

Kết quả (Anh) 1:

Within 7 (seven) days of reported quantitative risk assessment and emergency response plan by the independent contractor industry approved to assess, on the basis of the text of the proposal of the advance of the CONTRACTOR, the OWNER will further advance 30% (thirty percent) of the value of the contract to the CONTRACTOR.

Within 07 (seven) days from the date of report Quantitative Risk Assessment and Emergency Response Plans prepared by the Contractor due to be approved by Ministry of Commerce to assess, on the basis of written requests in advance of HOUSE CONTRACTORS, INVESTORS will advance to 30% (thirty percent) of the contract value for the CONTRACTOR.
