Việt Nam gia nhập WTO vào cuối năm

Việt Nam gia nhập WTO vào cuối năm 2006 đầu năm 2007. Sau khi gia nhập, thị trường các sản phẩm nông sản nói chung và thị trường cao su nói riêng đã có những thuận lợi cơ bản. Thị trường được mở rộng, những lợi thế về sản xuất gắn với điều kiện tự nhiên và lao động là những nhân tố cạnh tranh đã được phát huy. Cùng với thị trường và mậu dịch được mở rộng khi tham gia khu vực mậu dịch tư do song phương và đa phương, nguồn vốn đầu tư và khoa học công nghệ hiện đại trong sản xuất, trong quản lý sẽ xâm nhập mạnh vào nước ta. Đây là những nhân tố quan trọng trong phát triển sản xuất , khai thác lợi thế của ngành.
