We are working with Client team for IPC No.2 that we were submitted on 29/06/2015
(regarding to supporting document requirements). We are required to provide the
quality documents for consideration before approve the quantities of IPC. The
quality document as required meaning the approval certificate of items that we
indicated in IPC.

As above requirements from Client (Mr. Cang) we can't response since almost our
scope of works in this project are interior works which are carried out in short
time. In addition there are some works that last too long (from beginning till the
end of the project) .Therefore, we could not provide the said documents.

As per our experience at Somerset and Le Meridien project (The Projects had been
visited by Mr. Hanh, Ms. Lynn Heng, Mr. Alan Cen ...), the quantities of work in IPC
is the % work done of the works that we carried out on site. And items that we would
like to claim 100% that we have to provide the approval certificate. The other items
should be based on the site construction status (% work done) of each items. We
would like to propose the solutions for the IPC assessment as following:

1. Have a meeting to clarify the requirements and have agreement that
contractor can match the require.

2. To certify the % work done by site walk among parties (Client, APAVE,
Contractor and QA (If any)). Parties to check the site condition and confirm the %
work done on makeup drawings.

3. After the site walk we will included the % work done as confirmation in
step no.2 for quantities final approval and submit necessary documents in next step
for payment process.
