Hai Bên cần chủ động thông báo cho

Hai Bên cần chủ động thông báo cho nhau biết tiến độ thực hiện theo Hợp đồng này. Nếu có vấn đề bất lợi gì phát sinh, Hai Bên phải kịp thời thông báo cho nhau biết và chủ động bàn bạc và thỏa thuận giải quyết trên cơ sở bình đẳng, tôn trọng lẫn nhau.
