Căn cứ theo phiếu kiểm nghiệm của QUATEST 3 để cả hai bên bàn bạc đưa ra hướng xử lý.
Một trong hai bên không được tự ý hủy hợp đồng. Nếu bên nào tự ý hủy hợp đồng tức là làm ảnh hưởng đến tiến độ sản xuất, gây nên thiệt hại của bên còn lại thì phải bồi thường 8% tổng giá trị của lô hàng còn lại của hợp đồng.
